Elevating Transfer Vehicles (ETV)

The Elevating Transfer Vehicle (ETV) is a state of the art, automated air cargo system that combines versatility, efficiency, and safety. ALS Logistic Solutions designs elevating transfer vehicles to assist in the storage and retrieval of Air Cargo Pallets and ULD containers. With the use of interfaces to the airline and WMS, the storage, transfer, sorting and retrieval of cargo between the warehouse and the airside is fully automated.

Transfer Vehicles (TV)

A traditional method for transportation, storing, and retrieval of cargo horizontally on a particular level, the transfer vehicles (TV) are considered rail mounted prime movers. By connecting or attaching the combined roller conveyor alongside the outward roller decks, the ULDs are passed on and off. ALS offers a variety of operating modes including maintenance, semi-automated and fully automated.

Shuttles

Micro-Fulfillment Centers (MFC)

Micro-Fulfillment Centers are compact structures of racking and shelves containing totes, in which the goods are stored. The totes are managed by shuttles that retrieve the totes when an order is placed, bringing the totes to a picking station where they can be assembled into an order ready for pickup or delivery. These systems are popular in the e-commerce and food retail industry as an alternative to manual fulfillment and their small size offers major competitive advantages in terms of last mile and delivery costs.
