Monorail Systems

Overhead Conveyors are used to transport workpieces in many production plants and warehouses. The advantages of overhead conveyors include the fact that the floor remains accessible and they can be mounted at an ergonomically optimal height. The use of a monorail conveyor is ideal when high throughputs or long distances have to be handled. The individually driven trolleys enable the cars to be transported quickly, fully automatically and efficiently to their destination in the shortest possible time. If a trolley breaks down, it can be pushed from the transport line into the maintenance bay without great effort and the material flow continues uninterrupted.
