Roller Decks

A roller deck is a transport unit consisting of a frame with electric driven conveyor rollers, enabling transport in two directions. These systems are designed to ease the manual handling of Unit Load Devices (ULD), allowing safe and ergonomic operations while moving straight between transfer areas and storage. Logistics Roller Decks can also be integrated with scissor lifts and can be equipped with scales or safety stops in predefined positions.

Goods Lifts

Goods Lifts are the ideal solution for companies working on multiple floors to help transport goods between levels. AEDLER offers a full range of goods lift solutions that manage the flow of goods into and through the warehouses safely, reliably and efficiently. Some goods lifts do not require pits and are easily integrated into the existing facilities. Truck Docks

The truck dock consists of roller decks integrated with a tandem hydraulic scissors lift mounted on a rail vehicle. This allows unloading of vehicles/trucks of different heights at different loading positions. The truck dock incorporates a weighing facility in the form of a scale and a display located in the operators’ cabin. The scale is designed and calibrated on hand-over.
